TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Age and Education: The candidate must be between 25 and 45 years old and have completed education up to at least Class X.
- Health Certification: The candidate must be physically fit and possess a valid medical certification confirming good health.
- Security Deposit: The selected agency will be required to provide a security deposit of Rs. 2.00 lakhs.
- Character Certification: The agency must provide Character and Antecedents Certificates for their employees upon deployment, along with three passport-sized photographs taken within the last six months.
- Preference for Ex-Servicemen: Preference will be given to ex-servicemen, who must submit a copy of their discharge book.
- Training and Experience: The candidate should be well-trained and have substantial experience in performing security duties at comparable locations or offices.
- Additional Personnel: The agency must be capable of providing additional security personnel on short notice and should maintain a reserve to cover staff leave.
- Contract Duration: The contract will be valid for one year and may be extended based on future requirements.
- Contract Termination: Either party may terminate the contract by providing one month's notice.
- Indemnity Bond: The agency will need to execute an indemnity bond with terms and an amount agreed upon by both parties.
- Compliance: The agency must adhere to all rules, regulations, and bye-laws of the relevant local authorities, and comply with all statutory regulations, particularly those related to the Employees Provident Fund and other applicable laws governing security agencies.
- Financial Obligations: The agency is responsible for paying all current and future taxes, rates, charges, assessments, and any other financial obligations related to the security services provided.
- Health and Safety: The agency must consistently comply with all statutory and other requirements to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its deployed personnel.
- Taxes and Levies: The agency must pay all local and other taxes, rates, and levies imposed by the government or any local authority in relation to its security services.
- Indemnity: The agency must indemnify and hold the corporation harmless against any losses, damages, fines, premiums, levies, costs, charges, and expenses incurred due to breaches of government laws, regulations, or any terms of the contract.
- Turnover: The agency must have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 25.00 lakhs.
- Registrations: The agency must have valid registration for the Employees Provident Fund and service tax.
- Ex-Servicemen List: The security agency must include a list of ex-servicemen employed by them with their tender submission.
