Education:<\/span> The candidate must be between 25 and 45 years old and have completed education up to at least Class X.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-heartbeat\"><\/i><span>Health Certification:<\/span> The candidate must be physically fit and possess a valid medical certification confirming good health.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-dollar-sign\"><\/i><span>Security Deposit:<\/span> The selected agency will be required to provide a security deposit of Rs. 2.00 lakhs.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-file-alt\"><\/i><span>Character Certification:<\/span> The agency must provide Character and Antecedents Certificates for their employees upon deployment, along with three passport-sized photographs taken within the last six months.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-star\"><\/i><span>Preference for Ex-Servicemen:<\/span> Preference will be given to ex-servicemen, who must submit a copy of their discharge book.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-chalkboard-teacher\"><\/i><span>Training and Experience:<\/span> The candidate should be well-trained and have substantial experience in performing security duties at comparable locations or offices.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-users\"><\/i><span>Additional Personnel:<\/span> The agency must be capable of providing additional security personnel on short notice and should maintain a reserve to cover staff leave.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-calendar-alt\"><\/i><span>Contract Duration:<\/span> The contract will be valid for one year and may be extended based on future requirements.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-calendar-times\"><\/i><span>Contract Termination:<\/span> Either party may terminate the contract by providing one month's notice.<\/li>\r\n <li><i is responsible for paying all current and future taxes, rates, charges, assessments, and any other financial obligations related to the security services provided.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-shield-alt\"><\/i><span>Health and Safety:<\/span> The agency must consistently comply with all statutory and other requirements to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its deployed personnel.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-briefcase\"><\/i><span>Taxes and Levies:<\/span> The agency must pay all local and other taxes, rates, and levies imposed by the government or any local authority in relation to its security services.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas fa-umbrella\"><\/i><span>Indemnity:<\/span> The agency must indemnify and hold the corporation harmless against any losses, damages, fines, premiums, levies, costs, charges, and expenses incurred due to breaches of government laws, regulations, or any terms of the contract.<\/li>\r\n <li><i class=\"fas
